Ann Kempster has joined TPXimpact as our latest Senior Partner - Major Projects, we are pleased to announce.
In her new position, Ann will be at the forefront of working with our diverse client base, helping bring their delivery goals to life and steering intricate programs towards success. She will use her wide range of skills and expertise to build relationships and seamless collaboration with our clients, making a positive impact for people, places, and the planet.
Ann is a respected leader with deep digital experience, leading teams to deliver human-centred services across the UK government, Welsh public sector and third sector. She was also a founder of the Centre for Digital Public Services, an organisation designed to help build better public services in Wales through digital change.
As well as her wide ranging work in the public and third sectors, Ann runs 300 Seconds - a public speaking development programme for women and other underrepresented groups in digital and tech.
