We’ve published our 2024 Sustainability Report

As part of our commitment to radical transparency and robust reporting, we are thrilled to publish and share our 2024 Sustainability Report.

The report provides an overview of our ongoing work and dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices for the year ending 31st March 2024. It provides an in-depth update on our achievements in a range of areas, from addressing the climate crisis to diversity and inclusion. 

We have made significant strides in maturing our approaches to sustainability and improving our impact for people, places and the planet. Highlights include becoming a Certified B Corporation™, achieving our 2030 target for Scope 2 emissions six years early, and positively increasing our inclusion score from 72% to 74%.

We have also prepared our FY24 report following Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to rigorous, transparent and comparable sustainability reporting.
