At TPXimpact everyone is allocated two days to support the communities we live and work in. From volunteering as a Duke of Edinburgh assessor, to being a modern slavery first responder, we encourage our team to use these hours to support the causes they care about.
When team members complete their two volunteer days they have the opportunity to nominate their chosen charity for a £500 grant. In the last year we have donated £4,000 to nine different charities, providing fundamental support for people, places and planet.
