Welcoming Senior Partner, Simon Dixon

Simon Dixon Joins Tpximpact

We’re thrilled to announce that Simon Dixon is the newest Senior Partner - Major Projects to join TPXimpact. 

Simon is a seasoned design and digital leader in the UK health sector whose experience has stretched from working in his local hospital to leading teams in national bodies, including Public Health England, NHSX, and the Department of Health and Social Care. Most recently, he was director for digital, data and technology for an NHS Integrated Care System. 

His work has covered digital and service design projects, building successful design and delivery teams, contributing to national policy and strategy and leading major health transformation programmes.

Simon is passionate about making services better for people and shares his expertise through various initiatives. This includes his work as an adviser on design and digital working practices to charities, being a guest lecturer on digital health at universities and regularly speaking at conferences across the UK.

As a Senior Partner, Simon will work closely with senior leaders across government and health. He will lead teams and projects to embrace and embed human-centred design approaches to deliver better services and experiences for everyone. With Simon’s expertise and specialist knowledge, we will continue to deliver better health outcomes for people, places and the planet. 

Simon said: "Since sitting in a hospital cafe in one of my first jobs and chatting to people about their needs, my passion has always been co-designing human-centred and inclusive services. I’m joining TPXImpact because their mission and values align with my own. I’m excited to work with lots of talented people and with many more public sector organisations to design and deliver better services."
