BDT HMPPS Contract Wins
TPXimpact secures £7m DBT and £9m HMPPS contracts to deliver high‑impact digital services advancing UK growth and justice missions.

We’re pleased to announce that TPXimpact has secured two significant UK Government contracts worth up to £16 million, further cementing our position as a trusted digital transformation partner to the public sector.

Department for Business and Trade: scaling support for SME growth

Building on a successful two‑year partnership, the new £7 million, two‑year engagement will see TPXimpact design and deliver user‑centred digital services that help businesses, especially SMEs, grow and thrive. Multidisciplinary teams will continue to strengthen DBT’s in‑house capability while accelerating delivery of the department’s Growth Mission.

His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service: digital innovation for safer communities

Under a separate £9 million contract, TPXimpact will embed cross‑functional digital teams within HMPPS to modernise critical justice services and enhance public safety. HMPPS, an executive agency sponsored by the Ministry of Justice, is responsible for carrying out sentences and rehabilitating people in custody and the community. The partnership will focus on improving user journeys for front‑line staff and citizens, laying the foundations for a more connected, data‑driven justice system.

Building momentum across government

Together, these wins demonstrate the breadth of our expertise—from economic growth to justice reform—and the confidence major departments place in our ability to deliver high‑impact digital transformation at pace.

"I am delighted that both the Department for Business and Trade and His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service have put their trust in TPXimpact to deliver their most important outcomes. These awards underline the strength of our design and digital delivery capabilities and our reputation for dependable, mission‑driven delivery."
